Minutes of MW meeting Wednesday September 20

Present: Alessandro, Francois,  Kris (minutes), Marc, Vito

1. CDEV as Middleware client

Alessandro will meet with Vito to verify if the public API covers all CDEV requirements (We 25 Sept. 14h).

2. MW demo (Stephane's demo)

Vito has to integrate the Data/DataEntry in order for this demo to use exclusively the public API.

3. CMW public API

As above. Vito has promised to finish this for the end of September. In addition he has to make JavaDoc of the public API.

4. Naming Service

It has been requested that the development starts now. Kris will do this.

5. Data/DataEntry signatures

As it has been brought up by Alessandro, the public signatures have to hide the RDA package. Inventing new, transport-independent Data & DataEntry would mean that data have to be copied, adding overhead. To keep signatures independent we will make a simple wrapping of the RDA signatures for the time being.
