Minutes of the presentation of CORBA access to ORACLE

Nikolai presented the results of the study which he performed together with Fernando Rocha, a CERN visitor. 

Fernando produced an  report on different possibilities and configuration of such an access.

The results are very encouraging in both the versatility of such a service for configuration and in the performance which has been obtained. Most interesting is the possibility to map rows of query results to Data/DataEntry objects in a generic way.
